The 'maps' directory contains maps used in the evaluation. For each target, maps are named according to the EMDB numbering (e.g. T0001_emd_2842.map), or using the model challenge assignment as mapA or mapB, e.g. T0001_mapA.map.

The 'models' directory contains models grouped by target; directories ending in “_” contain representative chains from multi-chain submissions; directories ending in “–Dx” contain models split in structural domains, if any. Directory ‘fixed’ contains models fixed by the submitters or organizers. The final Results tables contain results for the fixed models and not the original ones.

The 'targets' directory contains structures of reference targets. PDB codes of the reference structures (and chain ID, if necessary) are provided next to the target name. The same target may have several reference structures. If a target was split for evaluation into domains, reference structures are provided for each of the domains, e.g. T0003_1svt_H-D1.pdb (target T0003, reference structure 1svt, chain H, domain 1).
